Privacy policy

Documents and CV content

PDF operations and CV creation run on your device. We do not operate a document-upload service. Imported files, CV text, annotations, signatures and generated documents stay on your device unless you choose to share them. The app does not require an account.

Permissions and sharing

File access is used to open or save the files you select. Camera access is used when you scan a document. Sharing sends your chosen output through your device’s share sheet; the receiving app or person has its own data practices. Device-level backups may include app data according to your OS settings.

Usage reporting and diagnostics

The app includes Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for feature usage and technical errors. Usage events include tool names, counts, processing time and failure categories. Analytics and crash-reporting collection can be controlled in app settings. Avoid including private content in feedback or diagnostic reports.

Advertising and remote configuration

Google AdMob supplies in-app ads and may process advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location and interaction data. Consent surfaces and iOS tracking permission apply where required. Ad preferences can be changed through available app privacy controls and device settings. Firebase Remote Config checks product configuration; optional CV-theme packs may be downloaded. These requests are separate from document processing.

Providers and purposes

Google Firebase and AdMob process data under their own policies to run configuration, reporting and ads. Document content is not supplied to our advertising or analytics events. We do not sell documents or CV content.

Retention and deletion

Local content remains until you delete it or remove app storage; saved exports outside the app must be deleted separately. Uninstalling may remove local app data but does not remove your own exports, copies shared with others or OS backups. Contact support about reporting records or messages you sent; provider retention and legally required records may apply.

Security and international processing

Local data is protected by your device’s own security. Online providers may process data outside your country. No system can guarantee absolute security; keep your device updated and use care when sharing files or invite links.

Children and privacy rights

This is a general-audience product. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or below the applicable local minimum age. Contact support if a child’s data was provided without appropriate permission. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal data, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data protection authority. Contact support to exercise these rights; we may need to verify your request.

We update the date when this policy changes. Material changes will be announced where appropriate. Use the support address below for privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests. Do not send private documents unless they are needed for your request.
